Reservations/cancellation policy

Reservations that are not guaranteed with a valid credit card or deposit (in payment of one night’s accommodation plus taxes), will be automatically cancelled by 4pm on the planned day of arrival.
You can give your credit card number over the phone at (819) 843-5007 or by fax or e-mail at the time of booking. In the case of a cancelled booking, if you let us know by 4pm on the day prior to your arrival, there will be no cancellation charge. If you do have to cancel, kindly ask for the cancellation number.

These policies apply to individual room bookings only. Other policies are applied to packages, group reservations and special events in the region.
